Goldfinger + Tate Modern collection
The Goldfinger + Tate collection draws inspiration from two of London's most iconic architectural landmarks: the Tate Modern, originally the Bankside Power Station, and the Trellick Tower, a quintessential example of West London's brutalist architecture, home to Goldfinger showroom and workshop.
I designed and led the production of this collection which includes a table, bench, stool, and a shelving unit. With a contemporary, chunky silhouette, softened by gently rounded edges, this collection features very simple archetypical forms. It’s a rather simple design that goes straight to the point. As I described it to a friend “It’s just a table with four legs”.
