The sideboard Otello

Otello is a sideboard made of two elements: the first one, on the left side, is a storage for firewood, while the second one, serves as a TV stand and is provided with a drower and two doors.

The cornerstone of the design is the dovetail joint. There are more than 112 dovetails, each one slightly different from the other one, all sawn and chiselled by hand.

The sideboard Beatrice

Beatrice is a wild ash sideboard and TV stand. Unlike the uniform pale colour of plantation ash wood, this wild ash is darker up the core of the trunk and lighter on the outside. We are accustomed to standardised wooden products with homogenous colouring, yet wild wood takes different tones and displays knots and irregularities.
